LITTLE FLOWER PARISH
ORGANIZATIONS
There
are several very active committees and organizations within our
parish community.
Little
Flower Parish Council
The Parish Council functions to support the pastor, to study,
to reflect, and to pray about parish needs, to support the pastoral
team, to be a leader of mission, a reconciler and to coordinate
and initiate activities. They are elected by parish members and
they share the policy-making role in the parish with the pastor.
Finance Council
The six-member Finance Council meets monthly to discuss and approve
current and future financial strategies. It's members are appointed
by the pastor. Pat Keller currently serves as chairperson, with
Fr. Harvey leading the group.
Confraternity of Christian Women
The Confraternity serves to bring the women of the parish together
in service and prayer. The general Confraternity meets four times
a year; the first Tuesdays of October, December, February and
April. You may wish to become involved in one of the small groups
that meets more frequently. For more information, please call
Vicky Gores at 839-8543 or the parish office at 838-1520.
Little Flower Parish Prayer Chain
To become a link in the chain or to ask for your own intention
to be added, please call Lena Schmidt at 839-6031, or the parish
office.
Stewardship
Foundation
This committee was established to prepare a way for our parish
to meet the financial needs of the future. Fr. Harvey is a very
active member. Members of this group are appointed. Matt Klein
is the current chairperson.

The KC's are a community-service oriented group working in various
functions for the betterment of the parish. You must be a Catholic
